Customers will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

DriRak currently ships within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future and will be subject to additional terms, duties, taxes, and customs requirements.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through recognized shipping carriers selected by DriRak. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and shipping method selected.

Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only to eligible orders and destinations.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. DriRak is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses.

If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can assist in working with the shipping carrier.

Returns

DriRak offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products, subject to our Return Policy terms.
